Refund policy

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Return Window: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

  • Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishables: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

  • Personal Care: Intimate or sanitary products, and certain health/personal care items.

  • Hazardous Goods: Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous materials.

  • Digital & Misc: Gift cards and downloadable software products.


3. Partial Refunds (If applicable)

Only partial refunds are granted in certain situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records.

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


4. The Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

  3. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at leyvapedro359@gmail.com.


6. Exchanges & Gifts

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us at leyvapedro359@gmail.com.

  • Gifts: * If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit.

    • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


7. Shipping

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

  • Tracking: For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
