Refund policy
1. Eligibility & Timeframe

Return Window: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishables: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

Personal Care: Intimate or sanitary products, and certain health/personal care items.

Hazardous Goods: Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous materials.

Digital & Misc: Gift cards and downloadable software products.
3. Partial Refunds (If applicable)
Only partial refunds are granted in certain situations:

Books with obvious signs of use.

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records.

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. The Refund Process

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
5. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period.

6. Exchanges & Gifts

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us at leyvapedro359@gmail.com.

Gifts: * If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

7. Shipping

Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

Tracking: For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
